Latest Firmware Update for T Series

We are in the progress of testing the newly released firmware for the T Series. As the firmware have not been fully tested by our Tech Team, customers are advised not to upgrade until further notice from our end.

New Feature have been added into the camera as what we have observed.

Under Alarm Setting > Camera playback alarm sound

This new feature allows the camera to sound a short burst of SIREN over a few seconds upon motion detection. Due to hit and misses rate in IP Cameras, you are highly advised to consider before using this feature.

Existing customers of VStarcam T Series (T7837WIP & T7838WIP) will be rejoicing in September with a major release of a much desired feature. Until then, we'll keep this feature as a secret.

net-TV Mobile 2 APP (iOS) Bug Fix Released

The net-TV Mobile 2 (For iOS) bug fix for buttons 1 & 4 have been released over the APP Store over the last few days.

This bug fix have resolve the button issue which button 1 & 4 cannot be used to remotely change the channel.

Singapore Net-TV Users who purchased their customized Net-TV from MARIX IT DISTRIBUTION (S) PTE LTD are strongly advised to update their Mobile APP.
