NAS that works with VStarcam IP Cameras

There are 2 Brand of NAS in the market that can retrieve JPEG image from VStarcam cameras and records these videos into the network drives. Namely the QNAP and SYNOLOGY.

Both the NAS can record but are not able to control nor allow detailed adjustments like the resolution, framerates, etc. In our lab test, we were not impress with the recording quality. Hence, for those who would like to be able to record to the NAS, you could write in to both the companies and request for camera support in their Surveillance Station

However, in near future, there will be Mini DVR system to record all your VStarcam IP Cameras, R&D is in the progress of designing and making it available. Let's keep our eyes open for this.
