myRepublic (Dynamic Plan) Users Feedback

We have several reports from myRepublic users on our VStarcam IP Cameras that they are experiencing problems with DDNS setup and cameras are offline even when the cameras are online within the LAN (valid IP address, can view on web browser within LAN)

As per conversation with myRepublic engineers, we are informed that DDNS is not supported if the users are not on static plans as the end users will receive the Private Address range within a single public IP. At such, we are expecting routing issues to occur for the cameras connection to and back from the cloud servers. There is no solution so far for this unless you are on static plans.
